(Q): How to sign up as a Hylife member?

You are eligible to be a Hylife member if you have a Thai national ID or passport issued by the Thai government. The documents needed for signing up are:

  1. Thai national ID card and a copy with signature

  2. Bank book (or SCB prepaid card) with your name on it and a copy with signature

(Q): What is the minimum age to join Hylife Network?

To join us, you must be at least 18 years old. If you are under 20 years old, a written permission from your legal guardian(s) is needed before applying. The documents needed from the guardian(s) are:

  1. Thai National ID card of your guardian(s), with a signed copy

  2. House registration of your guardian(s), with a signed copy

(Q): How to buy products from Hylife?
  1. You have to be a Hylife registered member in order to buy our products at member prices

  2. If you are already a member, you can buy our products at HYSHOP or order products online from hylifebusiness.net

(Q): What are Hylife delivery and pickup options?
  1. Purchase and pick up your products at any HYSHOP

  2. Order online, and choose to pick up the products at your preferred HYSHOP

  3. Purchase at any HYSHOP, and deliver the products to your preferred destination by filling out a delivery form and submit it at the HYSHOP of your purchase

    • Purchase at 3,000 THB or more, free delivery within Bangkok and inner districts (amphoe mueang)

    • Purchase at 3,000 THB or more, 60 THB on deliveries to outer Bangkok and districts

    • Purchase at under 3,000 THB, 100 THB on deliveries to inner Bangkok and districts; while 160 THB for deliveries to outer districts

(Q): How to change a delivery order to be picked up?

You need to submit a request form to change the delivery options and pay 100 THB per invoice. However, requests must be made within 3 days after purchase.

(Q): When to pick up my order after ordering from online?

If your online transaction is cleared, you must pick up your order at any HYSHOP within 5 working days. If you choose delivery option, you will receive your order within 3-5 working days.

(Q): How to track my delivery order online?

You can call Customer Service with your order number at 02-258-5155 from 11:00 am to 7:30 pm, Monday to Friday, or email us with your order number to Cs@hylifenetwork.com. Customer Service will check and get back to you within the next day.

(Q): How to exchange damaged products or notify for missing products?

You may contact Customer Service at 02-258-5155 from 11:00 am to 7:30 pm, Monday to Friday, or email to Cs@hylifenetwork.com with pictures of the damaged product or order invoice of the missing product within 2 days after receiving the product.

(Q): How to change a delivery address or contact number?

You may speak to Customer Service at HYSHOP or call 02-258-5155 from 11:00 am to 7:30 pm, Monday to Friday, or email to Cs@hylifenetwork.com.

Note: The delivery address cannot be changed on pending orders. If the order has shipped out, the member has to pay for that shipping fee.

  1. Go to www.hylifebusiness.net

  2. Click “Forget Password”

  3. Fill out the mandatory fields with member ID and the email address you had given at the time of registration

  4. Click “Submit”

  5. You will receive your temporary password in your email that grants access to your account, then and you can change your password

The password must have at least 10 characters with at least

  • 1 digit(s)

  • 1 lowercase letter(s)

  • 1 uppercase letter(s)

(Q): How to return products?

You can submit your request for returning products to Customer Service at HYSHOP within the period stated in our regulations. If you cannot come in to HYSHOP, please contact Customer Service at 02-258-5155 from 11:00 am to 7:30 pm, Monday to Friday, or email to Cs@hylifenetwork.com.

(Q): How to submit documents for registering membership online?

Go to the menu, find “Profile” and click “Edit.” You can then upload documents online to complete your registration.

(Q): How to resign and receive application fee back?
